We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi trader based in Northampton.
Day to Day for multi trader – Reactive Maintenance :
1. Carrying day to day general maintenance in domestic properties
2. Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
3. Using a PDA
4. Fast paced environment working on small day to day repairs
Day to day for multi trader – Voids:
5. Working in unoccupied properties carrying out small and large repairs
6. Using PDA
