Weare currently seeking a motivated individual to join our busy andgrowing Accounts Payable team. The position will be based in ourLeeds office (LS15 9JN) with a hybrid working arrangement (3 daysoffice based 2 days working from home) following successfulcompletion of probationaryperiod.
Thesuccessful person will ideallyhave
* Basic Excelskills.
* Sage200 experience preferable but notessential as full training will beprovided.
* Good personal time management andorganisational skills.
* Excellentcommunication.
* Enjoy working as part of a teamin a growing business and collaborating with colleagues to achievepositiveresults.
Dutiestoinclude:
* Transferringinvoices from our central email inbox to correct folders forprocessing working with other members of the AP team to resolvequeries.
* Checking invoices meet HMRC rules andrequesting suppliers to reissue invoices where details areincorrect.
* Matching invoices against supplierPOs for the Maintenance Testing and Hire divisions of NSS.
* Processing invoices onto Sage 200 and adding acopy of the invoice to ledgers for auditpurposes.
* Maintaining the PO query spreadsheetadding invoices that do not match the PO and working with the NSSOperations team to resolve. Processing invoices from the querysheet once resolved.
* Checking supplierstatements emailing suppliers for missing invoices and advisingsenior AP members of any unallocated balances that need to beresolved.
* Opening post and scanning in/emailingto correct department.
* Assist with processingCleaning division supplier invoices as and whenrequired.
