7. Work within the Corporate and Leveraged Finance Team on acquisition finance, corporate lending, and fintech transactions.
8. Responsibilities include drafting/negotiating contracts, advising on finance deals, and collaborating with UK-wide teams.
9. Ideal for candidates with 3–6 years’ PQE in banking law; fintech experience advantageous but not required.
