Location: Liverpool (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Immediate Start
Salary: £28,000
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Main Responsibilities to Include:
* Managing a mix of inbound and outbound customer interactions
* Dealing with queries professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
* Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
* Following up on enquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a customer service or call-driven environment
* Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner xsngvjr
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and internal databases
