Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Audit Manager. We offer a competitive base salary and car allowance.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our Asset Management business, focusing on Private Markets.
What you'll be doing:
1. Conducting annual risk assessments and updating the audit plan.
2. Executing risk-based audit plans and managing resources.
3. Identifying opportunities to enhance audit efficiency through technology.
4. Communicating audit results and coordinating actionable recommendations.
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Monitoring regulatory and business changes, proposing audit responses.
7. Providing input to senior management on significant risks.
8. Supporting junior team members through coaching.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
1. Professional auditing, accounting, or actuarial qualification (CIIA, ACA, ACCA, IFoA) or equivalent experience.
2. Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and corporate governance.
3. Experience managing internal audit within financial services.
4. Proven leadership skills in audit programme management and quality control.
5. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
6. Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
7. Strong analytical and judgment skills.
8. Commitment to fair customer treatment and embedding these principles in audit practices.
