Head of Governance, Ethics and Integrity
Hybrid | Midlands-based | Up to £57,422 | Permanent | 2+ Days Onsite

I am looking for a values-driven leader to join our growing Research & Enterprise team, someone who’s hands-on, collaborative, and motivated to make a real impact.
This is a professional services role, ideal for someone who thrives on getting stuck in, leading change, and empowering new teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead on research, governance and integrity, including ethics management and trusted research.
* Oversee research culture work – including embedding concordats and institution-wide initiatives.
* Manage and develop a new, growing team (initially 3–4 direct reports).
* Provide high-level oversight of systems (you’ll oversee – two specialists already in place).
* Work closely with their coordinator and senior officer (research culture) to support institutional funding and positive research environments.
