Key Responsibilities
* Managing an email inbox of relevant tasks
* Being responsible for independently managing a busy workload, constantly multi-tasking and prioritising duties
* Updating systems, ensuring processes are completed
* Proactively chasing customers and external stakeholders for information required - both telephone and email
* Arranging deliveries out of the warehouse
Skills and Experience Required
* Eager to learn and develop
* Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Polite and professional customer focused approach
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Well organised with strong multi-tasking skills
* Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
