Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in our Community Mental Health Team in Hounslow, earning up to £27 per hour on an ongoing basis. What you will do:
* Critically evaluate referrals to determine the priorities for occupational therapy intervention.
* Provide comprehensive assessments, interpreting complex clinical findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
* Conduct risk assessments, focusing on the specific needs of the service users within the community mental health setting.
* Design and adapt individual and group activities to address the unique occupational, environmental, and vocational needs of the service users.
This position requires you to be a registered professional with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and possess a valid driving licence for efficient service delivery.
