Key Role Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong relationships with schools, focusing on their evolving IT needs.
* Proactively identify and close sales opportunities, aligned with client goals.
* Create tailored IT service solutions, collaborating with Technical Leads to ensure excellence.
* Lead post-project follow-ups and ongoing service reviews to maintain client satisfaction.
* Produce compelling proposals and accurate quotations using CRM tools.
* Actively manage and respond to pipeline opportunities and sales board leads.
* Promote the company’s ethos through all communications and deliver a service that drives referrals and client advocacy.
* Monitor and drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) data, applying learning to future engagements.
* Liaise with vendors to register larger opportunities and manage pre-sales involvement.
Key Attributes Required
* Approx. 4 years' experience in Account Management (or highly relevant transferable skills).
* Strong understanding of IT networking and excellent computer literacy.
* Proven ability to manage a large client portfolio using both short- and long-term sales strategies.
* Skilled in negotiation, expectation management, and building trusted relationships.
* Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise) and sales pipeline tools.
* Committed to a service-led, client-first approach.
* Highly organised and strategic in managing the full sales cycle.
* Passionate about the role of technology in education.
