Field & Community / Social Media Marketing Manager (UK)
Are you a passionate marketer with a love for sports and community? Were looking for a dynamic Field & Community / Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence across the UKboth on the ground and online.
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on building authentic relationships in the field and knows how to create engaging content that resonates online. From activating retail partners and managing local events to curating digital campaigns and community engagement, you'll be the face and voice of our brand in the UK.
Job Specification:
Retail & Training
* Visit key retailers to ensure strong brand visibility.
* Deliver product training sessions to retail staff to enhance in-store brand promotion.
Events & Brand Activations
* Plan and execute sports events, community activations, and local marketing experiences to ensure high-quality, on-brand representation.
Social Media & Content Creation
* Create compelling, UK-tailored content (photos, videos, posts) for social platforms.
* Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and manage day-to-day interactions.
* Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Ambassadors & Influencers
* Recruit, train, and manage a network of local ambassadors and influencers.
* Support them with materials, storytelling, and brand education.
Coordination & Reporting
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align messaging.
* Monitor KPIs and deliver regular reports on retail, events, and digital performance.

Requirements
