This Role is Tailor‑Made for You Because

The Digital Marketing Lead will assist the Sr. Associate, Ecommerce in helping to drive results through our EU e‑commerce business by managing the performance channels: PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social and SEO across all our sites. The Digital Marketing Lead will be in charge of managing the budgets, agencies and the performance of all these channels. You will have experience in building a successful digital marketing mix, with shown ability to use data to influence media decisions.


Responsibilities

* Affiliate
o Plan & manage budget
o Direct affiliate agency
o Lead weekly agency calls
o Review placement and cash‑back recommendations
o Share internal calendars, promotions, product lists, site updates, etc.
* Paid Social
o Plan & manage budget
o Direct agency – lead weekly/monthly agency calls
o Review performance and evaluate proposed optimizations
o Share internal calendars, promotions, product strategies, site updates, etc.
o Lead channel strategy
o Track weekly performance
o Make optimizations
o Partner with agency to develop testing roadmap
o Lead brand/conversion lift studies as well as create A/B tests
* Paid Search
o Plan & manage budget
o Direct agency – lead weekly agency calls
o Review performance and evaluate proposed optimizations
o Share internal calendars, promotions, product strategies, site updates, etc.
o Lead channel strategy
o Track weekly performance
o Make optimizations
o Partner with agency to develop testing roadmap
o Lead A/B tests (description/headline copy, site links, etc.)
* SEO
o Direct agency – lead agency calls
o Act as liaison between agency and site development team
o Update agency on any new site pages that require meta data as well as old site pages that are being removed
o Address any technical updates or site issues that arise
o Review and approve all meta data
* Reporting
o Support in analyzing e‑commerce KPIs and performance data to generate actionable insights that support business growth
o Support in delivering regular and ad hoc reports to key stakeholders and internal meetings


Education & Prior Experience Needed

* At least 3 years' performance marketing experience covering PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social and SEO
* Experience working within a fast‑paced retail environment
* Experience working within key channel platforms (Google Ads etc.)
* Analytical and comfortable working with data – strong excel knowledge
* Passion for data and analysis
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
* Solid organizational skills, ability to prioritise and strong attention to detail
* Able to manage a large and varied workload
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
