Up to £150k basic (depending on experience) + options
Talentedge is partnering exclusively with a well-known FinTech scaleup on a newly created Finance Director role. We have successfully hired three team members into this business since they started in-housing a few years ago.
As Finance Director, you will work closely with an industry-leading FinTech CFO to develop a top-tier finance function supporting international growth.
Your main responsibility will be overseeing daily finance operations, focusing on FP&A and enhancing Board reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, planning, and KPI analysis reporting
* Building complex financial models and business cases for decision-making
* Overseeing pricing strategies for products
* Supporting future equity and debt fundraising
* Partnering across functions and managing external relationships
* Mentoring and developing the finance team
Profile:
* Qualified accountant with 8+ years PQE, with rapid-scale FinTech experience
* Data-driven and analytical approach
* Strategic thinker and inquisitive
* Effective communicator across teams
* Experienced in advising and influencing senior stakeholders
