Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Ltd is a group of stylish bars, restaurants and hotels in Edinburgh, including Tigerlily, Indigo Yard and Rabble. We're looking for Sales Coordinators to join our central reservations team. You'll be the first point of contact for guests booking tables, events, and group nights out across our venues.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Answering calls and emails from guests looking to book tables, parties, or events
* Giving great customer service and making every guest feel welcome
* Spotting big bookings and passing them to senior sales for follow-up
* Keeping our booking systems tidy and up-to-date
* Upselling packages and experiences to make bookings extra special
* Helping manage venue diaries to make sure we're making the most of our space
* Occasionally heading out to venues for proactive sales and office drops
* Working closely with venue managers and chefs to make sure group bookings run smoothly
What We're Looking For:
* A warm, confident personality and great communication skills
* Someone who's organised, quick-thinking, and loves working with people
* Experience in hospitality or sales is a bonus, but not essential
* Comfortable working evenings and weekends – bookings and events don't stop at 5pm
