We’re part of the Segments & Propositions Platform, focused on delivering new or enhanced propositions for underserved customer segments within the bank.
Our work is predominantly app-focused, across the three main brands, serving over 20 million customers. The design team collaborates with product, analytics, and engineering to solve problems for customers—researching, crafting, and delivering innovative propositions and features.
It’s an exciting time as we expand our offerings to build deeper relationships and grow the team in the Goals and Planning space.
With the breadth of products and services at LBG, we aim to help customers achieve their savings goals and future aspirations, fostering financial education, engagement, and empathy.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing iOS and Android UI for Goals and Planning propositions, then handing over to engineering teams.
* Collaborating closely with the design squad, sharing ideas, and challenging each other’s thinking.
* Living in Figma—using Components, Autolayout, Variables, and Prototyping extensively.
* Contributing to a bold, positive, and inclusive team culture.
* Participating in stakeholder discussions and working independently on design components and layouts.
Who you are
* Passionate about UI design and experienced with Design Systems.
* Highly skilled with a keen eye for detail; pixel perfection matters to you.
* Experienced in designing for iOS/Android apps and familiar with app design best practices.
* Ownership-minded, good at managing your time, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
* Committed to simplicity, usability, and accessibility in your work.
* Proactive and always seeking innovation or efficiency.
