SEN Teaching Assistant – Kensington & Chelsea (Full-Time | Immediate Start)

In this diverse and forward-thinking school, you’ll work closely with a capable Year 5 learner who benefits from calm, clear routines and positive, consistent adult support. Your role will involve helping him stay engaged in lessons, developing his social communication skills, and assisting with written work—while also encouraging independence and setting fair, firm boundaries. Alongside this focused support, you’ll play an active part in classroom life, working collaboratively with staff to ensure all pupils feel valued and able to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support for a Year 5 pupil with ASD/ADHD
• Promote focus, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Support social interaction and meaningful conversation
• Assist with recording in English and lesson engagement
• Contribute to whole-class support and classroom routines
