About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in when a class teacher is absent, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a productive classroom environment. You’ll ensure students remain focused, engaged, and well-behaved while supporting the continuity of learning. Key Responsibilities: Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 Delivering lesson plans left by teaching staff Managing classroom behaviour effectively Supporting students with tasks and questions Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the day Job Requirements: Experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred) Strong behaviour management and communication skills Confident, adaptable, and professional approach Ability to work across different subjects and year groups An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer...
