We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Facilities Assistant to join the team on a 6-month FTC basis. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to support the Facilities team between 7:45am – 4:45pm, Monday – Friday. Responsibilities will include: Monitoring and responding to helpdesk enquiries and assisting with helpdesk overflow. Logging, managing, and updating requests on the facilities management systems. Monitoring open requests and resolving in timely manner. Coordinating access for contractors, ensuring risk assessments are completed, permits are administered, access passes are issued, and contractors are escorted where required. Supporting with vendor and contractor management activities. Providing administrative support, keeping records and documentation for the facilities team. Identifying, recording, and resolving facilities services issues as necessary. Communicating with other internal departments to support enquiries.
