Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mental Health Nurse to join our team. Bristol Community Rehabilitation Service includes a multi disciplinary community team and a recovery focused 10 bed accommodation service. We work with people with complex mental health needs who could benefit from intensive support and therapeutic interventions. Our service is focused on providing effective interventions to support people in achieving their recovery goals. The service has a particular focus on supporting the inpatient rehabilitation pathway including people who have been in out of area rehabilitation placements.
Team
The team includes a wide range of skilled and highly motivated staff including Peer Workers, Recovery Navigators, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, a Social Worker, a Consultant Psychiatrist, and Clinical and Counselling Psychologists.
Responsibilities
* Carry out specialist rehabilitation assessments, provide rehabilitation focused interventions including psychosocial interventions, medication management and administration, Key Working, and working with carers.
* You will also provide Recovery Navigators in the team.
* The successful candidate will work primarily in the community team.
