Key Skills And Experience

Key Duties
Preparing the classroom and setting up learning materials before the bell.
Delivering 1:to:1 support to keep students motivated and on:task.
Explaining complex tasks in simpler ways to help students understand.
Encouraging positive behaviour and focus during independent study.
Recording student attendance and progress in the digital school log.
Supervising students during break times and lesson changeovers.
Helping the Teacher with classroom displays and essential admin tasks.
Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
