Lead Marketing Recruitment Specialist | Connecting Marketing Professionals to Innovative Start-ups & Scale-ups!
Propel is excited to be working with a profitable and growing B2B SaaS company that’s redefining how businesses access and use trusted company data. With over 1 million users accessing their platform each week, this is a mission-led business with real global impact – and they’re just getting started.
Backed by a strong leadership team and operating without external investment, the company is scaling its marketing function and looking for a driven digital marketing associate to support campaign delivery, lead generation, and content distribution across digital channels.
Responsibilities include:
* Executing paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Delivering email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences via tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
* Optimising SEO/SEM to increase web visibility and inbound traffic.
* Managing social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
* Supporting content distribution—publishing blogs, whitepapers, and leadership content.
* Maintaining and updating website content (WordPress) and supporting landing page creation.
* Monitoring analytics, tracking performance, and producing actionable reports across campaigns.
* Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and enhance digital performance.
Ideal candidate profile:
* 1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Practical experience with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
* Strong grasp of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
* Confidence managing and reporting on email marketing campaigns.
* Comfort using Google Analytics or similar tools to track campaign data.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive, data-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.
Location: London-based | Hybrid: 1–2 days per week in-office
