As part of exciting growth plans, we are recruiting a Legal Counsel to support go-to-market teams, including structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing SaaS, software, support and cloud contracts with customers, while collaborating cross functionally with other parts of the global organisation.

* Structure, draft, negotiate, and close SaaS, software, support and cloud contracts.
* Lead the negotiation of master agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and tender responses.
* Develop and refine playbooks and corporate standards and ensure governance of contractual terms against those.
* Champion AI advancement in the legal team and across the business.
* Provide accurate, pragmatic, and timely legal advice across a range of commercial and operational matters.
* Dive into other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, including using the Legal AI tools and working with other teams
Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer with 4+ years post qualification experience
* In-house SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven experience delivering on a wide range of complex commercial contracts and demonstrable ability to independently handle complex negotiations
* Proactive, “roll-up your sleeves” attitude
* Highest degree of professional ethics and integrity, with demonstrable confidence when providing legal advice
* Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills – this is an extremely fast paced company with same-day response expected
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
