The Glen Affric Estate has recently purchased the Tomich Hotel and Cafe, it is undergoing a complete rebirth. This isn’t just a renovation; it is a multi-site reimagining of Highland hospitality in one of Scotland's most beautiful landscapes.
We are looking for ambitious Chefs who understand the value of provenance. Being part of the Glen Affric Estate provides a unique opportunity to work with extraordinary local produce. The Role: Menu Development & Leadership
We don’t want a cook who just follows recipes—we want a chef who creates them. You will be instrumental in:
* Defining the Menu: Developing dishes that showcase the best of the Highlands.
* Building a Legacy: Taking the lead in turning the restaurant and cafe into a roaring success and a regional "must-visit."
* Operational Excellence: Working in brand-new kitchen equipped with the best modern tools, we also want you to be involved to make it your own.
