The appointed teacher will require excellent behaviour management skills and be dedicated and passionate about enriching the pupils education. The desired teacher will be working full time in a Year 3/ 4 class with a wide range of ability levels. This role would be suited to both ECT’s and experienced teachers, ideally someone who has recently taught in Year 4.
