Overview

The Role: Another brand new role with an incredibly successful agency at a time of significant and sustained growth. This a Head of Content role that could see you partnering with internationally renowned brands across the food & drink industry across the UK and far beyond. With big plans and big projects ahead, there’s never been more exciting time to join their growing team as they look to expand their service offering and add more resource and expertise into an already high performing team.

As Head of Content you will own the content vision and roadmap for the agency and its clients, translating objectives into clear plans, designing and delivering multi-channel content strategies that drive awareness, engagement and conversion. You will be expected to inspire and optimise high-performing content work, ensure excellence across formats and channels, and proactively identify content opportunities that support client and agency growth.


Responsibilities

* Own the content vision and roadmap for the agency and its clients; translate objectives into clear plans; design and deliver multi-channel content strategies that drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
* Inspire and optimise high-performing content work; ensure excellence across formats and channels; proactively identify content opportunities that support client and agency growth.
* Lead the development, delivery and optimisation of channel-specific content across organic social, email/CRM, websites and other owned touchpoints, aligned to each stage of the marketing funnel.
* Collaborate with teams to deliver content strategies in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Provide client presentations and storytelling to sell content ideas.
* Utilise content analytics and data to refine performance and strategy; work with data, testing and performance reporting.


Qualifications

* Strategic thinker with strong editorial instincts and high content standards
* Experience leading development, delivery and optimisation of channel-specific content across organic social, email/CRM, websites and other owned touchpoints
* Track record of success in a B2B content-focused leadership role within an agency
* Confident client presenter and storyteller who can sell content ideas
* Strong grasp of content analytics and data-driven decision making
* Comfortable with data, testing and performance reporting
* Collaboration, adaptability and proactivity with a can-do attitude to add measurable value
