* Be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team
* Enjoy a more balanced and sustainable way of working
Why this role stands out:
This isn’t about stepping away from opportunity — it’s about accessing it differently.
Because our projects are UK-wide, you don’t need to be London-based to work on complex, high-quality schemes.
Instead, you’ll:

* Stay well connected when London access is needed
* Build your career in a way that offers both variety and balance
What you’ll be doing

* Managing Pre-Construction Information & H&S Files
* Developing Design Risk Registers
* Reviewing design information to eliminate and reduce risk
* Reviewing RAMS & Construction Phase Plans
* Carrying out site inspections and audits across the UK
This isn’t a siloed role — you’ll be embedded in projects, shaping outcomes from the start.
Who this could be perfect for
* You bring the right attitude and mindset
* You’re motivated to keep learning, developing and improving
* You want to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of the business and supporting our clients
You’ll also:
* Have strong working knowledge of CDM 2015
* Hold (or be working towards) NEBOSH Construction
* Be a confident, practical communicator
* Enjoy working collaboratively with clients and design teams
* Be comfortable with UK-wide travel as part of the role
What you’ll get in return
* A supportive, close-knit team where your voice matters
* Real exposure across projects nationwide
* Autonomy and trust in how you deliver your work
* Hybrid working and flexibility
* A genuine opportunity to develop and progress
