At Avondale Foods Ltd we are recruiting for a Hygiene Manager who will be responsible for managing the Companys end-to-end hygiene systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring full compliance with current legislation. The Hygiene Manager will drive consistent high performance throughout the team. What you will do; To develop the hygiene team in terms of their chemical awareness, knowledge, and responsibility towards the use of agreed chemicals. To drive the entire department towards the importance of complying with the Companys standards on Food Safety and Health and Safety and to investigate any issues resulting from any breach of such. To communicate on a regular basis with key colleagues in the department in view of assessing cleaning procedures. To lead the department towards achieving results by coaching, developing and setting performance targets on a 1:1 basis. To promote a harmonious working relationship within the department through regular meetings, dealing with grievance, and also by managing performance through company policies. To control usage, effectiveness, and stock level of chemicals with the aim of minimising wastage.
