Duties
* Handle customer parts enquiries with excellent service
* Accurately identify, pick, and dispatch parts swiftly
* Manage stock control and inventory
* Supply parts to workshop technicians
* Organise parts logistics and delivery runs
* Support team and report to the Business Owner
Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within classic or performance automotive sectors
* Strong personal interest in automotive projects and vintage cars
* Mechanical experience is a plus but not essential
* IT literate, familiar with electronic parts catalogues
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points; Category B+E preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
