Responsibilities
* Managing and developing a portfolio of retailer accounts
* Building strong and long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors
* Delivering training on finance products and processes
* Ensuring a consistently high standard of account management
* Upselling and cross‑selling relevant products to maximise account value and revenue growth
* Maintaining accurate CRM records including quotes, interactions and opportunities
Qualifications
* Some finance experience, ideally with an Account Management background
* Exceptional communication skills, relationship and rapport building skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and able to naturally use initiative
* Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks
