About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising whole classes during the absence of a teacher, ensuring students stay on task and follow the school’s behaviour policies. All lesson content will be pre-planned—your role is to deliver instructions, manage behaviour, and support students in completing their work.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Confident managing groups and speaking in front of a class
* Previous experience in education or transferable skills from sports coaching, youth work, or other leadership roles
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Reliable, professional, and committed to student progress
* Degree-level education is desirable but not essential
