Role Description
Join our team as a Production Line Operator in Chertsey. You'll operate production machinery, ensure quality standards are met, follow operational procedures, and support the smooth running of the production line. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years of hands-on assembly experience in one or more of the following sectors:
* Electronics assembly
* Small precision parts assembly
* Medical equipment manufacturing
* Automotive manufacturing
Core Responsibilities
* Mechanical Assembly following a build process.
* Hand assembly of components with Glue.
* Assembling pieces, parts and products to finished goods level by using a variety of specialized equipment and tools.
* Knowledge of basic form filling of process stages on PC.
* Unpacking and arranging the parts for the production process.
* Assembly of Plastic, Metal assemblies and as per the work instructions.
* Carrying out visual quality checks and packing.
Qualifications
* Experience in Quality Control to ensure product standards
* Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively
* Ability to follow safety and operational protocols with attention to detail
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
