About the Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
4. Support classroom learning under teacher guidance
5. Assist with reading, writing, maths and play-based learning
6. Deliver small group and 1:1 support where needed
7. Support behaviour management, routines, and emotional wellbeing
8. Help create a positive and safe learning environment
Who We’re Looking For

10. Teaching support or classroom roles

12. Nursing or healthcare
13. Coaching or mentoring roles
Essential Requirements
14. Qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant OR referencable EYFS experience (if no formal qualification)
15. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
16. Employment references covering the last 5 years
