We are looking for a dedicated and personable Dental Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and check in patients, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
* Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointment bookings, and follow up with patients for reminders.
* Handle patient inquiries, both in person and via email, with professionalism and care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and update personal details as needed.
* Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary materials.
* Assist with other administrative duties such as sorting mail, and managing office supplies.
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
* Handle patient confidentiality and sensitive information with the utmost care in compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
* Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, dental software programs).
* Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of dental terminology and treatments is a plus, but not required.
* Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.

* Dental receptionist: 1 year (required)
