Senior Children's Residential Care Worker - Warrington (WA5)

Salary: £34,084 - £37,509 per annum, based on 10 sleeps per month at £60 per sleep, with an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.60 (depending on qualification). Opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month, shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance. We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements:
* At least 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practices
* Values aligned with our organisation, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations

This position is based in a Solo Placement home supporting young people with EBD and trauma-informed care. The focus is on delivering high-quality educational, emotional, and recreational support tailored to individual needs.
