Senior Account Executive – UK | AI-Powered Social Commerce

Remote (UK-based)

~£95,000 base | £190,000 OTE | Early-stage equity

We’re hiring for one of the leading players in their market, revolutionising the online shopping experience by bridging the gap between social media engagement and e-commerce conversion. Their AI-powered Social eXperiences Platform (SXP) creates hyper-personalised, swiping-based interfaces that mimic social media environments, enhancing user engagement and boosting conversion rates.

They’re at the forefront of transforming how luxury brands engage with their audiences online with a client roster featuring names like Dior, Louis Vuitton, Samsung, and Sephora.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with enterprise clients in the luxury retail sector
* Collaborating closely with the co-founders to refine sales strategies and processes
* Leverage your industry insights to identify and target high-value opportunities
* Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
* Providing feedback to the product team to inform roadmap decisions based on client needs

✅ You'll Thrive If You:

* Have 8-10 years of sales experience in marketing or advertising technology, with a focus on enterprise clients
* Possess a high level of polish and professionalism, aligning with the standards of luxury brand clientele
* Are fluent in English; proficiency in French is a bonus!
* Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Are self-motivated, strategic, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, remote environment
