Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Subcontractors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various construction trades and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship on a range of projects. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks within the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
Duties
* Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work.
* Perform roofing duties, ensuring proper installation and repair of roofing materials.
* Execute construction painting tasks, including surface preparation and application of paint or finishes.
* Undertake plumbing work, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
* Conduct masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stonework, and blockwork.
* Engage in welding activities for metal fabrication and repairs as needed.
* Apply electrical experience to install or repair electrical systems and components.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.
* Participate in fabrication processes for custom components or structures as required.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas: carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential. A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices are crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in a subcontractor capacity is preferred but not mandatory; we value a willingness to learn and adapt within our team.
