Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Health and Safety Manager to join this highly successful and forward–thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Health and Safety Manager, will be responsible for:
* Implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to reduce operational hazards.
* Ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and best practices.
* Delivering QHSE training to equip managers and staff with necessary competence and confidence.
* Conducting specialist risk assessments and maintaining accurate QHSE documentation.
* Supporting insurance claims with relevant safety documentation and evidence.
* Fostering a strong safety culture across the site and promoting continuous improvement.
To be successful for this Health and Safety Manager role you must have:
* A Certified IOSH member (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in Facilities Management or a similar industry.
* Strong background in Environmental Management, industrial work, and working at heights.
* Experience managing multi–site operations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* A full UK driving licence
