Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands‑on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* On site, a typical day could involve shadowing experienced engineers, helping to maintain and repair machinery, responding to breakdowns, or taking part in improvement projects.
* You’ll work across different UK manufacturing sites, giving you a broad understanding of the equipment you’ll be responsible for and how large‑scale production environments operate.
