Job Description
* Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standard, including hot and cold items, pastries, baps, and Grab & Go options
* Manage section mise en place and ensure all ingredients are fresh, labelled, and stored correctly
* Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and presentation standards
* Assist in menu planning, contributing creative ideas and seasonal inspiration
* Monitor stock levels and collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries
* Lead, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff during breakfast service
* Ensure smooth service and coordination with front-of-house teams
Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury property
* Strong knowledge of high-quality ingredients and modern breakfast techniques
* Ability to produce consistently excellent dishes under pressure
* Familiarity with HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
* Passion for creativity, presentation, and delivering luxury guest experiences
