Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests for breakfast & Lunch.
The hour and days for this position are from 8am to 3pm Saturday, Sunday & Monday
As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, knowledge of our menu offerings, and a commitment to hospitality. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an inviting atmosphere for our patrons.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
* Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and dietary options.
* Assist in food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety guidelines.
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
* Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest service.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace, ensuring satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable; familiarity with serving techniques is beneficial.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to adhere to health regulations.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks during busy periods.
* Ability to upsell menu items confidently while engaging with guests.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
