Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing organisation based in Banbury to recruit 2 Finance Business Partner roles. These roles are paying a salary of up to £60,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working.
One of these positions is partnering with the commercial team and the other one if partnering with the operations team. Other than that they are very similar roles!
Both applicants who are qualified and qualified by experience will be considered.
Primary responsibilities -
1. Ownership over Supplier gross margin Analysis & Reporting.
2. Ownership and management of multiple key supplier funding pots.
3. Pricing and promotional analysis using internal systems and excel tools.
4. Provide financial and performance related insight for both the commercial and sales teams.
5. Financial Support for internal commercial managers.
6. Promoting a process improvement environment across the business, identifying inefficiencies, suggesting and implementing improvements
7. Adhoc data analysis, reporting and presentation requests.
8. Ability to use advanced Excel to analyse, manipulate and present data effectively

11. Excellent time management, prioritizing and organizing skills
12. Good verbal and written communication skills
13. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships at all levels across the business
