Job Description
The duties include:
3. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve overdue balances.
4. Reconcile accounts and manage payment allocations efficiently.
5. Communicate with customers to resolve payment queries and disputes promptly.
6. Prepare regular reports on debtors and outstanding balances for management review.
7. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to address account discrepancies.
8. Ensure all credit control activities comply with company policies and procedures.
9. Assist with the implementation of credit control improvements and processes.
10. Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment agreements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control position
12. Dynamic and forward thinking person
13. Strong communication and organisational skills
14. Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
