Levitate Recruitment is currently being commissioned by a growing regional accountancy practice that requires an Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager. The role is open due to several recent promotions.
Role Overview:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients predominantly across the North West.
2. Clients will include a range of entrepreneurial businesses across a range of industry sectors.
3. Client’s turnovers will typically range between £5m and £60m.
4. Manage engagements within both financial and time budgets.
5. Oversee own team of Seniors and Juniors.
6. Delegating and review of work.
7. Providing on-the-job and office-based training and support.
8. Assisting senior management and Partners with presentations.
9. Attending networking events to promote the firm.

Requirements:
10. You will be either ACA or ACCA-qualified.
11. Experience of supervising less experienced team members.
12. Desire to work in a unique meritocratic culture.
