The service will be encouraged to increase income and open up new markets.We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Control Surveyor to join our established Building Control team. You'll have proven experience of providing an effective and efficient Building Control operation and a Class 2F registration.ResponsibilitiesYou'll undertake all Building Control duties including plan checking for compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation, site inspections, and the investigation of reports of dangerous structures, including outside normal working hours and demolitions. You'll have a good working knowledge and experience of building and construction as well as informed understanding and awareness of current relevant regulations and legislation.
