Location: Reigate CMHR, Gatton Place, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1TA
Contract: Fixed-term for 3 months
Hours: 10 sessions per week, full-time, flexible working options available
Salary: £105,504 - £139,882 per annum plus £149 fringe allowance
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Consultant Psychiatrist to provide cover for the Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The team is high-functioning and supportive, working alongside another consultant within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include outpatient clinics, urgent assessments, home visits, legal duties under the Mental Health Act, supporting colleagues, caseload reviews, supervision of trainees, MDT participation, and clinical leadership.

About Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS FT

Requirements
* Full GMC registration and license to practice
* Section 12 approval under the Mental Health Act or within 6-12 months of appointment
* Relevant qualifications including MBBS or equivalent, and MRCPsych or equivalent (diploma preferred)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Experience in risk management, legislation, multidisciplinary teamwork, and teaching
