We wish to recruit a Research Associate to work in the research group of Professor Xiaodong Zhang (; ) in the Section of Structural and Synthetic Biology, Department of Infectious Disease, at Imperial College London. Prof. Zhang’s currently seconded to the Francis Crick Institute, where her laboratory is currently located.
The successful candidate will conduct cryo electron microscopy studies of protein-DNA complexes
The successful candidate must hold a PhD in structural biology, with advanced knowledge and practical experience in cryo-electron microscopy and biochemistry, and have a demonstrated track record in conducting high quality original research. The post will be for 3 months only.
*Candidates who have not yet been officially awarded their PhD will be appointed as a Research Assistant within the salary range £43,863 - £47,223 per annum."
This is a full time post, fixed-term contract for 3 months.
