Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Location: London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded, specialist employment law practice based in London. The firm is widely recognised for its expertise in acting for senior executives, partners, and high-profile individuals, as well as advising employers on complex and sensitive workplace matters.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:
* Advising senior executives and professionals on exits, disputes, and contractual issues
* Handling Employment Tribunal litigation, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
* Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policies
* Providing strategic advice to employer clients on HR and workplace issues
This is a client-facing role offering significant responsibility and the opportunity to build strong relationships with a sophisticated client base.
About You
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
* Strong experience in both contentious and advisory work
* Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with high-level clients
* Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
