About the Role
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll provide both strategic and hands-on HR support across a diverse range of business areas. You’ll be instrumental in driving the people agenda, enabling organisational growth, and strengthening leadership capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Cultivating strong partnerships with managers and leaders, offering expert HR advice and guidance.
* Coaching and empowering managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
* Leading complex ER cases with confidence and ensuring alignment with UK employment law and internal policies.
* Driving workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and Early Careers teams.
* Supporting talent management initiatives including succession planning, talent reviews, and learning needs analysis.
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition to build a strong pipeline of exceptional talent.
* Leading key people processes such as performance reviews, OKRs, and salary reviews.
* Leveraging HR data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
* Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to enhance HR service delivery and foster continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
* Experience in supporting organisational change and development.
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
* Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
