Admin Assistant – Transport Manager Support
Location: Letchworth
Hours: Mon-Fri / 9am – 5pm
Duration: 1 month
Salary: £12.21ph
Interaction Recruitment is looking for a dependable and organised Admin Assistant to support our Transport Supervisor in day-to-day operations. If you're good with basic computer tasks and can keep things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report any incoming tickets and promptly report to the supervisor
Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation
Support the Transport Supervisor with scheduling and admin tasks
Use basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
Communicate with drivers and other team members as needed
What You'll Need:
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
Good attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Previous admin or transport experience is a bonus, but not essential
