The HR Manager is responsible for managing the HR department to provide timely and best practice service on all areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, policies, employment law, training, health and safety and payroll,Key responsibilities as HR Manager:
* Managing the recruitment and onboarding process
* Overseeing appraisal and employee development systems which align with the company culture, business strategy and commitments.
* Developing and managing the HR budget feeding into the company budget.
* Manage, develop and maintain company HR policies ensuring consistent application across the business.
* Ensuring that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on the Equality Act and health and safety).
* Driving a continuous improvement agenda to strengthening employee performance, employee relations, organisational culture, engagement & welfare.
