We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie located in Ascot. Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in Ascot. The successful Pastry Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail.

The Person
The Pastry Chef De Partie will have:
* Previous pastry experience in a 4 or 5 star environment
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
* Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
* Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
* Have the confidence to create and be innovative
* Leadership skills
* Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
